Human Resources Recruiter

Heres what youll get to do:
Requisition management; sourcing candidates, interviewing, generating offers and facilitating the on-boarding process for new hires.
Partnering with Hiring Managers in order to identify the requisition requirements, competencies, sourcing strategies, and hiring deadlines.
Partner with Hiring Managers on utilizing proper interview techniques.
Full-cycle recruiting for management positions; performing extensive pre-screening of hundreds of candidate resumes weekly within UltiPros Applicant Tracking System, resume boards and LinkedIn.
Conduct phone screen interviews while vetting for culture, personality, fundamental technical skills and targeted competencies.
Facilitate the negotiation and communication of total compensation and reward packages.
Monitor hiring progress for all hires, ensuring the successful and timely completion of: pre-employment checks, offer letters, and electronic onboarding paperwork.
Manage the distribution, reporting and analysis of new hire and hiring manager surveys. Monitoring performance of job postings and reposting proactively to maximize applicant flow.
Coordinate passive candidate searches, tracking and performance of job postings and reports, and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications
2+ years full cycle recruiting experience in Human Resources.

Continuous pattern of increased roles and responsibilities within Human Resources.

Internally self-motivated to obtain results.
Ability to foster and develop candidate and hiring manager relationships through excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to deliverables.
Proven effective written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to be influential, self-motivated, self-managed, and highly organized in an autonomous environment.

Ultimate Softwares Ultipro Recruiting and Onboarding experience preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs. (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Bachelors Degree is desired.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
