Job Summary
Responsible for the inventory and upkeep of computer terminals and other study related equipment. Works with in-life departments and IT to trouble shoot and repair in-room technology infrastructure. Complete equipment set up for all animal rooms
Provide maintenance reports and complete requisitions for replacement or volume needs

Serve as liaison between in-life and IT including trouble shooting and repair of in-room technology infrastructure
Implement tracking system for equipment
Coordinate and assist calibration efforts for scales and standard weight sets
Dismantle, clean, and reassemble equipment between studies
Serve as central point for ordering of central inventory and study specific materials for all in-life groups, providing accurate and timely order fulfillment (participate in VAT meetings)
Responsible for stocking and upkeep of storage areas
Track and trouble shoot ordering shortcomings
Streamline activities and ensure ordering continuity between functional groups.
Identify, socialize, and implement cost saving opportunities, make improvements to ordering and management of equipment processes (harmonize efforts)
Knowledge of computer terminal and BMDS set up strongly desired
Regular and punctual attendance
Comply with all WIL Research policies and procedures
Follow all safety rules and regulations
Adhere to all environmental regulations
Attend and participate in all required training sessions
Work as a team member
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
Minimum Qualifications: H.S. diploma or General Equivalency degree (G.E.D.) or equivalent required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
