Summary:
Will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of information in our databases and systems.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
Input, verify, and organize data from source documents into the designated systems or databases.
Review and correct errors in data entries, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security policies when handling sensitive information.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
Conduct routine data quality checks to identify and rectify discrepancies.
Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date records of entered data.
Generate reports and summaries based on entered data as needed.
Follow established guidelines and procedures for data entry and record-keeping.
Stay informed about data entry best practices and updates in relevant software applications.
Daily monitoring of backorders.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role.
Proficient in using data entry software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
Familiarity with data confidentiality and security principles.
