Summary:
This position supports the Sales department by entering sales orders and answering client phone calls throughout the day.
Team member will communicate with Warehouse, Quality, and other departments to ensure orders are processed.
This position will follow all policies, housekeeping, and safety standards of BTPS.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Enter new account set-ups, orders, credits, inquires, and returns.
Enter order adjustments as needed.
Sends orders to warehouse through the day for processing.
Partners with Client Service Representatives (CSRs) to resolve issues.
Invoice customers as required.
Reviews emails sent to company email accounts.
Communicates with Quality Control team regarding shipping and order issues.
Reviews various reports and communicates issues to respective partners.
Related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong basic math skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, NAV, QM, and ability to learn database and ordering systems.

Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
General Computer Skills Customer Service.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
