Maintain assembly equipment in good working condition.
Maintain clean workspace and common areas in assembly dept.
Keep records of production and assembly quantities and/or parts usage.
Keep assigned workstation stocked of material specific to assembly project.
Report assembly issues, malfunction, or defective parts to Supervisor.
May assist in packaging or shipment preparation after assembly complete.
Other duties may be assigned as needed by Supervisor other than assembly.
Competence and Skills Needed:
Operation of hand tools Use of small manual tools, such as wrenches, clamps, or similar tools.
Ability to comprehend and retain oral and written instructions.
Ability to count and identify parts by identification number.
Good hand/eye coordination and attention to detail.
Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs.
, occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, bend, and/or stoop for up to a 10-hour shift.
Must be able to work unsupervised as well as within a team.
Always uphold safety and quality standards.
