The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and directing all daily activities.
This position is a working Supervisor who will be working side by side with their crew.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Plans and directs plant operations.
Focuses on driving Safety, quality, and productivity.
Develops, implements, and enforces operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality and revenue.
Provides leadership, management, and motivation to attain high levels of employee achievement and retention.
Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Develops and recommends improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
Have proficient ability with Microsoft Office suite products such as:
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Work Schedule This would be a 12 -hour Shift Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6:
00am-6:
00pm with the Supervisor responsible for open the shop 30 minutes before and closing the shop at the end of the day.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts.
The buildings are heated during the winter, but conditions could be cold in the winter & hot during the summer.
