The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional customer service, answering phones, greeting clients, accepting payments, and performing other administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must be sensitive and empathetic to the wide range of patients we serve and have high ethical standards.
We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, with strong attention to detail, and an established understanding of HIPAA compliance is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the office.
Answer incoming phone calls.
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
Receive payments Schedule appointments Support counselor needs Work with insurance providers Abide by all HIPAA requirements Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, copying, transcribing, and faxing.
Our hours are:
Monday-Thursday 8-9, Friday 8-4, and every other Saturday 9-4 You would start as part-time support staff with a possible transition to full-time We are able to work with you to establish your days and flexibility is appreciated as we are a small support team.
