Summary:
This position supports the Sales and customer service department by entering sales orders and answering client phone calls throughout the day.
Team members will communicate with Warehouse, customer service, and other departments to ensure orders are processed.
This position will follow all policies, housekeeping, and safety standards of BTPS.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Enter new account set-ups, orders, credits, inquires, and returns.
Enter order adjustments as needed.
Sends orders to warehouse throughout the day for processing.
Partners with Client Service Representatives (CSRs) to resolve issues.
Assists Sales Reps and CSRs with requests as needed.
Invoice customers as required.
Reviews emails sent to company email accounts.
Reviews various reports and communicates issues to respective partners.
Related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong basic math skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, NAV, QM, and ability to learn database and ordering systems.
Supervisory
Responsibilities:

Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
General Computer Skills Customer Service.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
